Crossfit is a fitness regime that involves a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity. Devotees are enthusiastic, determined and very fit.

OHS entered two teams in the Crossfit Games held at Eden Park on the 8th April. In addition Luken Zulika and Josiah Ulakai competed for their Crossfit club.

Contestants constantly moved between sets of exercises that included rope climbs, burpees, shuttle runs, deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses and more. Team support and encouragement plays an important part in individual success and our students showed true grit and camaraderie to place a very commendable 4th and 5th respectively.
