Payments

We are able to offer a range of payment methods, to allow parents / caregivers to choose a method which suits them best.

 

ON-LINE PAYMENTS (Preferred Method):

Payments can be made via credit card or internet banking online through the KAMAR portal. Simply login with the User ID and password you received and choose the Financial option. Using the Portal you can choose the specific transactions you want to pay and are able to make full or partial payments.

Currently there is no surcharge for making payments through the KAMAR portal.

If a charge is not showing (e.g. for a trip or ID card) please contact Vicki Baker, Finance Support Manager, so it can be added to your child’s account.

 

ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Cash, cheques, EFT-POS, and credit cards are all accepted at the Accounts Office.

Payments are able to be made via internet banking (through your bank’s website) using the details below. If using this method, please ensure that you include the following.

Bank Account: 12 3025 0210550 00

Reference: Student’s Name

What the payment is for (e.g. Robotics Trip)

Automatic Payments: Regular on-going automatic payments can be set up that are credited against any costs on the student’s account.

 

TRIPS / CO-CURRICULAR PAYMENTS:

Payments for optional trips or co-curricular activities need to be made before the event or activity happening unless with prior arrangement.

PRIVACY:

Payments made through the portal are made through a payment gateway provided by Payment Express (DPS). No credit card details are stored by Onehunga High School / or KAMAR. The Payment Express privacy policy provides information about how information is collected and stored by their system.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY:

Payment security is managed by Payment Express (DPS). Payment Express uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, Payment Express stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by advanced surveillance and security technology. When Payment Express transmits sensitive information (such as a payment card number), Payment Express protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) protocol. Credit card details stored onsite are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. Payment Express is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider.
