Guidance and Health support during the Isolation Period

He waka eke noa

Our OHS school community is very much together even though we are  physically distanced. Our Prime Minister has given us clear instructions about what we must do to stop the spread of COVID-19. Although you have to isolate within your home; we want you to know we are here to support and help you to get through this tough time. Here are some things you can do to help yourself and your whanau:

Stay connected (online)

Find ways to get outside and be active

Look for things to be thankful for

Anchor yourself with normal stuff (make some new routines!)

Remember it is important to talk

We will get back to normal if we all work together and help each other.

The nurses are available, you can phone, txt or email them:

This is not a crisis line.
